We are located in Southern California in Murrieta. We currently stand two stallions: Cherokee, a buckskin Spanish Mustang pictured to the right and Bonanza Brass, a AQHA Foundation Bred stallion. Check out our stallion pages for more information and pictures. We are not breeding horses in 2008 due to the over population of horses. There are too many going to slaughter. We would rather help people find good family homes for their horses.
PSR can offer on consignment good quality family horses for all levels of riders. We specialize in matching horse and rider. Often times the horses owner has financial problems, divorse, death in the family, or is relocating. We have several horses needing homes due to the CA Wildfires. As stalls are availble they will be arriving. All horses are healthy and pass our inspection before they are represented on the web site. We are offering website adverting in hopes of keeping the horse from going to auction. One of our specialties includes breaking and training problem horses including wild caught mustangs. We also specialize in educating kids and families about horses.
Due to our love for these wonderful animals, we also operate separately from our consignment horses, a rescue program where we do our best to rescue as many slaughter bound horses as possible from the local auctions. PSR also provides a program for Thoroughbreds that are ex-race horses. These horses are off the track, detoxed off the hot feed and started back under saddle. They can make awesome jumpers, dressage prospects or pleasure horses. And are awaiting families to provide them with the love and quality life that they deserve.
We specialize in matching horses with people in hopes of finding a permanent home. Kids ride our horses. If needed, all horses are seen by the horse dentist, shoer and chiropractor. Worming and shots are all updated. We are not horse dealers or horse traders, prices are firm, no payments on any horse and we do not buy horses. Our program is run by volunteers.
